Overview
As an Assembly Operator at Borrell USA Corp, you will play an essential role in assembling intricate electro-mechanical components to create high-quality products. The ideal candidate should possess strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities

Follow detailed assembly instructions and technical drawings to assemble components accurately.

Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to perform assembly tasks.

Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and practices.

Contribute to process improvement by suggesting ways to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Participate in training programs to develop new skills and expand knowledge.

Travel across the Central Valley region to various job sites as required for installations and on-site assembly
Qualifications

Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential.

Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and technical drawings.

Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic assembly equipment.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across the Central Valley as needed.
